Al darte de alta aceptas los siguientes puntos:

1. The Collaborative Stations Group is integrated into Meteoclimatic and therefore abides by and complies with these operating rules.
2. Collaborating Stations have the right to appear on the Meteoclimatic Stations website free of charge, for which they expressly transfer the meteorological data of their stations to Meteoclimatic in order to be able to prepare the different products offered on their website.
3. Participating stations commit to maintaining their instruments in perfect working order and location to ensure the highest possible reliability of all data provided. Every registered station will undergo a trial period during which the quality badge will be yellow; once correct operation is confirmed, it will change to a green badge. If stations with erroneous data or location deficiencies are detected, the owner of the participating station will be informed of the error or deficiency so they can correct it as quickly as possible; Simultaneously, the green badge will change to yellow. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time (the estimated time will be determined by a Meteoclimatic technician based on the problem), the participating station will receive a red badge, at which point the station may be partially or completely removed from the Meteoclimatic website until the error or deficiency is resolved. If the error is not resolved or the owner refuses to resolve it, the station may be permanently deregistered by Meteoclimatic.
4. Communication between Meteoclimatic and its partner stations will be via notifications on the website and/or the email address provided by the station owner when registering with Meteoclimatic. Therefore, it is mandatory to have a valid email address that is checked regularly. If Meteoclimatic is unable to contact the station owner regarding a problem due to an inoperative email address, Meteoclimatic will decide the final solution unilaterally, including, if necessary, deactivating the station.
5. Meteoclimatic reserves the right not to accept stations with deficiencies in the data or their installation, as well as for technical problems, overcrowding or any other kind.
